Hi Catbird,
I have checked all your farms and found the following:


farm 11 - 10 cars connected and dispatched


farm17 - 10 cars connected and dispatched


Farm 20 - 7 cars not 10 and only the first 4 are dispatched


farm 22 - 10 cars but only 9 dispatched. You have 2 long well cars in this train. Only 1 of those count as you can not have more than one of each type on a train.

I've found that this isn't true if I try to request ingredients in the facility manager. All of the individual recipes are greyed out and I am unable to request ingredients through the facility manager. (I tried to insert a screen shot but it was too many mb.)

Can we no longer request ingredients from the facility manager and have to find the facility in order to ask for ingredients? If so, it's an added step that makes it more complicated.

example: my filipino restaurant. shows zero pending and utilization is at zero as well. I go into the facility and all START buttons are greyed out.

Hi Catbird,
I just opened a facility (pizza Restaurant) where all the product boxes are greyed out for the Start Batch buttonand the Start All at the top is greyed out, clicked the + sign and requested ingredients for the Supreme Pizza. It does still work.

Is the facility completely empty? Have you checked the ingredient planner for that facility to see if you are missing any ingredients? Have you tried using the + sign to request ingredients?

The developers are working on the greyed out buttons. We just have to be patient while they work on the problem.

I've discovered an issue with this new update. When I have used the start all/store all and load all/cash out all buttons, neighbors without trains are unable to work and refer clients on the wall. It seems to be related to the disabled store all/cash out all buttons. Neighbors with trains are not affected. If I do not use the store all and cash out all buttons, neighbors without trains are able to work/refer clients but this makes it difficult to keep up with product stock to keep client-based facilities loaded fully.

Hi Abouttime,
I moved your post to the News & Announcements thread about the current release.
You can't work them because the button to work is greyed out? We have already reported this to the developers and they are working on the problem. We just have to be patient until they can fix it.

I have 5 trains, all with 10-car minimum, all either dispatched or ready to unload. I was able to use "do both at once" exactly once. Since then, I get the message, "To help in regular facilities and service facilities on the same visit, you need to
have 4 fully diversified trains dispatched or ready to unload."....I DO, but I can't. Please help. Thanks!!
