In the first case, please open the facility and see if the Rosemary Mint Soap is unchecked. If it is and you are trying to start all then it will not start. You will need to put a check mark for that product. Anyway it is better to start only a batch when you are working quests.

. I've 'started' the last step several times, even posted to 'clean it out' and reload. Nothing has worked. The quest is for Rosemary Mint Soap. I have all the facs, ect., needed. Please help. THANKS!!| Tags |
