Now all is working again.

Game stuck. All I did was try to add chickens to storage and store the coops.

Hi Lisa,
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done. You can find the link for memcache at the bottom of the farms page.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check to see if it worked to place them and the coop in your storage.

Didn't have to. Got distracted and by the time I checked again, it'd sorted itself out. That was going to be my next resort/plan.

Hi,
Farmtown no longer works and crashes whenever I try to load it on my iPad. They did an update recently. If, when it is initially trying to load, I hit “My requests “ or anything else, I can get to those, but the game itself crashes.

My farm id is

Hi Christine,
We have sent the Ipad problem to the developers to see if they can do anything or figure out why the game is not loading on those. Keep in mind that they do not support tablets or phones for playing the game. We do recommend that you contact Apple support about this as it may be something they have done that is blocking Slashkey.

I was able to access Farm Town earlier today. I got home a little while ago and have tried at least three times to get the game to load. I get the following message on a yellow background about the seventh line down:

ERROR Applying workaround to Firefox bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1397977

I probably will just shut down for tonight and not try again until morning or so. It seems to be isolated to just me as I do not see any one else posting about it in the forum.

Advice or help always appreciated. I did the memcache also

Hi Santmyer,
That error message has been around for years. It does not stop you from loading the game in Firefox. I use Firefox and have no problem even with that error.
If yours is not loading then make sure you have updated Firefox (version 138.0.1) and your computer. If you have to do any updates be sure to restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
