Hi Wolfie,
When you have a goal to sell super facility products directly to individuals don't load them in the trading warehouse until after you have completed the direct sales. Then you can load the rest in the trading warehouse.


For your other problem we can't duplicate this. As long as you have everything set correctly and the sale goes through then it should work for the goal.
