Hi all. Is it possible to give more explanation on trains. I know you need two sets of 10 cars each to use for working facilities and referred clients. Do these sets need to be on the same farm? Not quite sure i understand what to do.

No they do not have to be on the same farm. Check the Game Guide chapter 29, for all the information on the trains:
