The game loads fine, that is not the problem.

You can accept gifts, exchange gifts without problems.

But when you try to send gifts back, or just send gifts or use other wall requests to send specific gifts, then the error shows up.

I get the error when saving gifts.

I'll correct that.
I CAN save, but get the error when I try to send.

Trying to send gifts when I hit the send button it gives me the on line offline option. I try online nothing try offline it boots me off Farmtown!

SENDING GIFTS ISSUE!!

We are aware of the problem when trying to send gifts/send gifts back from the Gift Manager and send specific gifts using the Other Wall requests.

An error message shows up in the Console and also we get a pop up in the game screen.

We have emailed the developers to let them know.

Edited: Well, it worked and then it didn't. Stuck at 4490 now.

I'm still having trouble with my gifts. It will go up -- yesterday I was in the 4800 range, then it went to 4600 and now -- after clearing memcache -- it's at 4,515. I haven't accepted any in a week.

Please note from the top post of this thread and the Game Guide chapter for gifts:
Pending gifts that are not accepted in a 60 day time frame will be removed automatically.


Please contact Support about this. We do not have any data on pending gifts available to us. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
