I've been her super neighbor ever since that was a thing (though she has re-started her farms a few times). She has between 250k and 1.7 million of everything that can be seeded... I know without looking because I do her harvest/planting. She probably also has a week worth of sugar in storage, but that's beside the point... we just want to know if anybody else knows what's going on.

It was a serious inquiry as it happens more times than you think that a product is unchecked and the reason why they are not being produced.

It would be much easier working directly with her for this. If she is not registered in the forums then she either needs to register here and post this herself or she can contact Support to let them work with her and look into this. As her super neighbor you can not see if the products are checked or not. She would have to look for those.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Yesterday morning, I worked all of the facilities that were listed for all of my neighbors/buddies. THIS morning, I see another listing, of course, but almost all of them are red, meaning I've worked them recently. None of them have the link to work both regular and service facilities, so when I click on the individual links, most of the facilities give me the "Oops... The mayor has already given you..." message. Some of the farms do give me products.

My issue is that it's been WELL over 8 hours since I've worked these neighbors/buddies facilities. Is there an issue or did the time get elongated? I've got a ridiculous Season Goal where I have to work 122 of a certain type of facility that apparently only about 10 of my neighbors have, so not being able to rework them after nearly 24 hours is frustrating.

And, I didn't know where to post this message, so my apologies if it's in the wrong place.

I have moved your post from Suggestions to the Help & Support thread about facility work. The reworking of facilities requests is not 8 hours since you worked the individual's post, but is an 8 hour break of not working any requests.

USER ID number is: 1731148307 Build No: 661 In my petrochemical plants ( I have 3) the plasticizer does not start when I click on the "start all" button. I have to start this product individually in all three. Can you fix this?

Open one of your petrochecmical plants and make sure there is a check in the box for the plasticizer.

I can't get the facility manager to load. I click on it and get the popup that says Loading Facilities..., but nothing happens. I tried reloading the game and clearing the memcache, but I have no clue as to what might cause this or might fix it.

Cleared memcache. Checked for computer updates, none. Re-started computer.
Any suggestions?.

I'm having the same issue. Hopefully just a minor glitch in the Matrix.

I went back and found that I also can't get individual facilities to load. And I see that I'm not alone.

just started this afternoon. stuck on loading. cleared memcache, made sure browser up to date.
fixed. not sure what the issue was, but finally let me click on a facility to load for quest.
