I went to my farm (#40) where I have 1 each of the factories + 3 stores and 4 animal facs. A pop-up said that I have too many facilities on the farm! If it isn't a glitch, would removing flowers, trees or crops make a difference?

Hi Plynn,
No, removing flowers, trees or crops will not help as that is a separate database from the facilities database for each farm. You are going to need to move some of those facilities to another farm.

Darn it. I wonder why it just now showed up? Well, I'll have to wait until the facs are emptied, since I had just posted before going to the farm. Btw ... What is the Limit?

Hi Plynn,
I can't tell you the limit as that also contains what is completed but not stored from the facilities. Storing the products completed can help with that but only temporarily.

That's helpful info. I could uncheck quite a few facility items to be made, in a lot of them. I'll experiment and see what happens. Thank you so much for helping me figure this out.

Hi
for a long long time many of my facilities are not producing anything.
They are loaded with required ingredients and I can see the dvindling of ingredients.
But nothing is produced.
Sometimes it helps to put a facility in storage for a few days, but not alwas.

I moved your post to the thread about Facilities.

You need to tell us which facilities are not producing and in which farms they are placed.

Also, please provide your user id number. You find it at the botton of your game screen where it says:

I'm trying to help out my friend and neighbor of over 15 years -
USER ID number is: 113760569917363

When loading factories using the start all tool, they load all except for the first product (top left corner) -or- maybe they loaded and then disappeared, she doesn't know which. Sugar factory producing everything but sugar, Science supplies with no pencil compasses, etc. etc. and on and on... not all the facilities, but maybe half, and it's every sugar factory and every Science Supply (etc.) and the problem has persisted through re-filling after posting....... they can be filled individually, without using the tools, but there are hundreds of factories on her farms, and at this moment we aren't sure the products won't just show up empty tomorrow anyway.

She needs to open one of each of those types of facilities and make sure their is a check in the box for the products that are not producing. Also she needs to check the ingredient planner for each of those and make sure she has enough ingredients to fill them.
One thing to note ius when you mak e achange of those checks in one of a type like the sugar refinery you affect all of them. So if you uncheck sugar in one it unchecks in all of them. They are not controled separately.

That can't be a serious inquiry-?? The products were never un-checked. They were still checked when she asked me to look at them. Just the time it would take to un-check only what is often the most useful product in at least half her facilities... and what possible purpose would that serve?

I've been her super neighbor ever since that was a thing (though she has re-started her farms a few times). She has between 250k and 1.7 million of everything that can be seeded... I know without looking because I do her harvest/planting. She probably also has a week worth of sugar in storage, but that's beside the point... we just want to know if anybody else knows what's going on.
