Hi Debbie

I moved your posts to the thread about Belts/Dans Bonuses.

I'm sorry there was nobody to answer you earlier.

You have full information on how to find your bonuses and post them to Facebook if you wish, in the following link from our Game Guide:

Once they are posted to Facebook, you will find them in your own Facebook profile and the posts have a few options to let you share them.

Today I was 2 away from 6th dan on my brazil nut trees. I harvested some but didn't get a pop up to say I'd reached it

On 'Your Belts' The next dan shows as 7 and the message is 'no belt bonuses at the moment'

Hi Hyseed C

There is no way for us to check if you got a new dan and you were not able to post it.

Please open your yellow tool box and then click in Your belts icon.

Click in Trees tab and set A/Z to Product Name and the Funnel to 6th Dan Degree.

You should see the Brazil Nut tree and if you hover your mouse it should tell you how many more trees you need to harvest to get 7th Dan degree.

If you wish you can contact Support about your 6th dan degree in case they can see something more in your data.
To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I've just reached the 5th dan but didn't get a belt.

Hi Grammie Ree,
Check again and see if it is showing a blue belt

or a black and brown dan



If it is blue then you haven't reached the level yet to get a belt that you can post a bonus for.

Oh, yes, it is blue. I didn't know there was a difference.
I think the only belts I've seen posted so far are 7th dan,
so is that the only one we can post for?
