I am not talking about individuals. It is the internet provider companies that have the links you go through. There isn't anyone we can call as we don't know who has the problem. Every one who connects to play the game goes through different paths to get to the servers. We do not know where your path runs, so no way for us to even determine where the problem is.

Please be sure your browser and operating system are up to date. After any update it is always better to restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet issue. Usually most internet providers have a few paths from them to outside world. If the one that links to the FT servers is down or have heavy traffic then they can't get to their farms but other things will work for you.

My internet is fine. I use Opera but just tried Google and had success. I use Opera everyday so do you have any idea why I would have a problem? Thanks

Hi Auntie Al,
As Marymarcel said, make sure your browser is up to date. Also make sure Opera has not added a block for the website. Since you are able to load it in Google then it has to be something with your Opera that is causing it to not load.

Thank you! Duh, just after I got your reply, I got the alert from Opera that there was a browser update. All is good now.

I moved your post to the thread about loading issues. Your picture is to small to tell what the error message is. However it is not a game wide issue as all the servers are up.
It is likely a connection problem somewhere between you and the servers.


Please be sure your browser and operating system are up to date. After any update it is always better to restart your computer.

I really have been having trouble and extreme long waiting for my farm to load for 2 days on my older chromebook using chrome browser .. think it may have something to do with no more auto updates to chromeOS?? but it was working before last 2 days and last auto update was in June 2024 I think.. so?? ..

I got to play some yestereday.. some today.. but now..
today I get this far sometimes .. then reload and it hangs for ever then this ..

Hi Sundos,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about game loading problems.
The main issue I think is your old chromebook. Those do not have a lot of memory in them and it does take a lot to play Farm Town.
Please make sure your operating system and browser are updated. If you have to update either please make sure you restart your computer.

Last it may be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
