The problem is when she clicks on the Seaport Manager Port tab on the left side of the Toolbox screen then she clicks the My Ships tab nothing shows up and says You don't have any ships yet. She owns all the ships but None of them show up. To check the status of each ship you have to actually click on each of the individual ships. Is it possible she has hidden her ships under My Ships tab?

Ask her to go to her My Ships tab and then click in the eye showing up to the right of My Ships.

Then if the ships show up, she has to add a check mark for every ship. Click the eye to save or click on the X to close the window.
