Is there an explanation somewhere of exactly what it means by "4 fully diversified trains". I'm hoping it doesn't mean "every possible carriage on 4 trains".

My Facilities and Services were full and only the facilities weren't able to be worked on some -- some could be worked by clicking on the greyed out tab but others couldn't and I had to x out of it. Services worked with the tab being white. Seems only to be the facilities that I'm having trouble with.

can you explain the following to me please?
"4 fully diversified trains dispatched or ready to unload"
what does it mean to be diversified? I have 4 trains all dispatched, yet I can't work both service and client facilities at one time. It tells me that my trains need to be diversified. I'm obviously missing something, I just don't know what. Thanks.

No it only means at least 10 long cars per train and them dispatched.

Each of those trains have to have at least 10 long cars on them.

Thanks for the update but
When I use the "Produce Faster!" and "Get more Clients!" functions in "My Facility Manager", my neighbours cannot help me. The "Work on All" and "Refer Clients" commands remain greyed out.
I use a translation program because I am French-speaking.
