Hi Lisa

Maybe you should place the Loading tower first and then try to align the decorative cars and the locomotive.
It is a decorative train so you can play with it till you find the right position.

You have crops planted near the train and the loading tower so maybe that is why you cant align it correctly as crops do not allow you to move the tower where you want.
