Hi Lisa,
It would be either a problem in your computer causing the error in downloading those parts of the game or it would be an internet problem causing an incomplete or not downloading of those parts because they were not getting back to your computer when you open the game.
If it was the servers not sending the data then we would have many who were not being able to load the game and that was not the case at that time.
We don't have any way of remotely checking either your computer or the internet links between you and the servers, so the only thing we can do is offer suggestions.
