Those are the 2 rewards I was talking about.

If when you click in those rewards you are not getting anything, then please report this problem to support.

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

It's still happening and now it's more than just the last two rewards. It's ANY reward I haven't claimed.

No one said they didn't believe you. They simply said that you needed to report it to Support. After we checked a couple more accounts we have available we did send it directly to the developers as well.

I have noticed when collecting Farm Pass rewards such as flowers, trees or gifts, when the options are set to "stored amount" they are NOT ordered in the stored amount, they seem to be quite random. This makes it more difficult to select the best option because I need to check all options and search for the one that has the lowest amount stored. Can this be fixed?

Hi Enigmacross,

Did you reload the game before trying to claim the rewards?

Could you please check your harvest & products storage for the flowers and trees that you wanted and see if you have 2 sizes of those flowers, trees or gifts.

With gifts what gift is doing this? Could it have been crops or could you have already requested specific gifts to be sent to you before you tried to claim?

The reason I am asking is that there can be a delay on any bonuses being added to storage which may be a possible cause if what you wanted could have more than one size. When someone sends you something via wall requests that also requires a reload to update storage and farm pass.

When I checked the flowers on mine, it is showing me them correctly. What could also be different is that before I tried to claim a reward, I had already zipped my storage earlier and had reloaded the game after working for someone so I only had one size for the flowers I wanted.

If its not that either, we can see that you ran memcache a few days ago, please run it again now then reload the game and see if that will correct it for you.

I cleared the memcache and reloaded the game before I claimed the farm pass rewards and it worked correctly. I claimed tree fruits and crops and they were all in the correct order. Thank you.
Now, I am not complaining and hope they won't fix it since I am happy with the bonus points. Something strange has happened. The tasks showing are not the same as the ones I did yesterday, AND, I have more points than I think I should have. The tasks that I completed yesterday are different from what is showing now.
