We are not aware of a generic lifeline in regular quests. We know we can get a generic silhouette for a coop quest as a goal for Farm Pass.

Ask your sister to run memcache and see if she gets the correct lifeline.

It had changed to employer when she came back on line, so ok now thank you.

My Sister is registered partially sighted and it is difficult for her to post on the forum herself.
