you fixed the issue I had back in June. But since the update on the 7Th of July, I'm unable to go in again. Same issue the black screen

Which browser are you using? is it Chrome? Did you check if your browser is up to date?

Also, check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

After any update, please restart.

Do you have any addons or extension active in your browser such as an add blocker or an addon to keep Facebook using the old layout?

Did you try another updated browser to see if you have the same problem?

You can go to the first post, first page of this thread and try all suggestions given there, including the ones in the links.

I've tried reloading several times. I was able to log day prior to the update

Hi Sensfan,
Have you tried any other browsers, such as Opera which seems to work best for those using Mac computers. What version of Chrome do you have? There was an update for Chrome a few days ago.

Have you tried all the suggestions in the first post of this thread including the ones in the links in that post?
There isn't anything we can fix for you as there is nothing wrong with your farms siunce we have been able to load them without any problems.

Hi Sensfan,
We have not done anything either. It could have been an internet problem somewhere along the path between you and the servers or maybe something going on with thwe Facebook app server which is between you and the Farm Town servers.
