One more thing for you. Were you getting a message about "invalid facility work request" or the message said it was "only reserved for friends" ?

Asking this as some users manage more than one account and if they use the Switch users in Facebook then you usually get the wrong information in Wall requests but the right one in Facebook posts.

This can also happens with trains boosts and ships.

To fix this problem, your friend has to log out of both accounts and then log into one of them, do all the work they need, close that account and then log into the other account.

If that doesnt work for them, then they should use different browser for each account.
