I was searching to see if I had the Music Band Supplies Factory
I went to Store, Facilities, selected Not Owned, and and entered Music in the Search field.
What came up was: Musical Instruments Factory, Music Conservatory, Music Band Supplies Factory, Classical Music Band, Jazz Music Band.
I then bought the Music Band Supplies Factory for 5.8 million coins.
I then went to work my factories and it shows I have TWO Music Band Supplies Factories.
I did not want two, only one, that is why I selected Not Owned
I have no need for two of those factories, that's why I checked.

Please take one back and give me back my money.

When you select Not Owned to filter facilities, you dont need to type anything in the search box.
You only have to go through the list of facilities showing up as not owned.

To get a refund, then you have to contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

My Flower Stands are not auto-loading.
Don't know how long this has been going on, but they fill completely if I do it manually.

Hi Gary,
I moved your post to th subject thread about facilities. Please open your fcility manager, go to the Flower Stands and mke sure there is a check in the box for those facilities. If there is then open one of them and make sure there is a check in the box for each product you want to fill.

I have posted this before but nothing has been done. All facilities that are not the original are not producing. I can't get enough of certain products. If I buy another facility to produce more then it does nothing. Same for factories and clients. Please, please fix this. userid 789225521

I moved your post to the thread about facilities.

When you posted about this problem in June, you were asked to give more details, for example which facilities and services are having this problem but you didnt respond.

Please provide a list of them so we can check and try to help you.

My facility manager is not Harvesting, storing, starting ,or loading all my facilities. I had to go though all my facilities and do 1/2 of them manualy

Hi Kikie,
I moved your post to the subject thread about the facility manager.
For your animal sheds is it one specific type or all of them on specific farms? If it is one type make sure the tools for that type are in your storage. If it is all on one farm then click on the name at the top of that farm and see if it is set as a quest farm. If it is then you will have to uncheck that to allow the tools to harvest them.


For the facilities, make sure all of your tools are in storage and showing in the pop up when you click on the Start All. Then you will need to go through and make sure that each facility has a check in the box for it, so the tools can fill them. Same thing for the Service facilities.

I need to know where I fill out for a refund of some FT Cash when I bought 5 Turbo Mineral Mine's when there was the glitch of a mineral shortage, and they fixed it. I don't need 5 of these.
