HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Earlier today I was able to log into the farm town game and do all normal activities. I tried to log in again this evening and the log in froze when it reach the following position in the sequence.

Hi Dell,
I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems.
Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.


Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Before making my initial report I checked that all my software was up to date. I had run the clear Memcache, rebooted the computer and still only get to that point in the login sequence.

Is there any possibility that Facebook has once again messed up something? The farm game is not the only game that will not load at the present time.

Hi Dell,
It could be the Facebook app server you are going through soyes that is a possibility, however we haven't had any other reports of problems getting in nor are we having any trouble with loading Farm Town.
If you can't load any of the games then yes something is not right but it isn't Farm Town.
