Hi Alexm2012,

We will certainly keep an eye out for that error. I haven't had that problem myself doing any jobs for SNs. It sounds like it popped up due to you not being able to continue working that farm and staying on it for quite a while before reloading.

Is it only that set of farms you have a problem with or is it the type of job, quantity of items on it or size of farms that may be the problem? Has it been fine to work those before today?

Have you had the browser open a long time when this happens? If you've had the browser open a long time, close it for a few minutes then open it and then do nothing else, just try that SNs farm and see if you get the same problem.

Also if you haven't already done so, have a look at the first post on page one of the HTML5/WebGL thread. There's an example of specifications for computers that provides optimum game play and compare what you have to that. The memory listed is RAM memory not hard drive memory.

There's also a setting in preferences for compressed graphics you can try and see if that makes any difference to working that SNs farms. That information is also in that post should you want to try it.
