I moved your post to the Migration thread.

We cant see which shortcuts you have, but are they items which we have available now? If not then you have to wait till developers get them back to the game.

In the first page, first post of this thread, if you scroll down the page you will see what features are available right now and which have not been added yet.

Thank you marymarcel. Yes they are supposed to be available. According to the post you referred me to our previously set shortcuts are ready to use except for the tower crane and the super neighbor hiring

Hi Taz. My shortcuts are: the ships, trade, farm stats, and the building that I go to to fill all my facilities. Sorry I can't remember the exact names. They show when I first load the game, but then they go grey. My toolbox is showing, as well as my storage and the store

Those functions are not available yet. That is why they are greyed out.

We REALLY need to be able to WORK for neighbors / super neighbors and use their tools as well as our own.

That would be my top request to prioritize to fix.
