The game got stuck while in fullscreen mode, the escape or the black box would not work. I had to restart my computer top reload game.

Just got a black screen with a white cube looking thing I could send and receive gifts but thats it.

you want an id number but do not know where to get this and locks up and wants to know if I want to wait or exit when I select wait I get gray screen with box and said face
