Raul just added this:
Post-Release Updates - November 1st, 11:30PM - The new 'Part of a Chain' filters in the Facility Manager, released a while ago, now shows all the facilities that are part of a chain, even when they haven't reached the Chain Status yet. The ones that have reached the Chain Status will appear with a blue background.
