Yes this is true, but the issue is that some of the diamonds are hard to see and still have work on them. I have noticed that if the farms are fertilized the diamonds show up more, but if you are hired to farm 6 farms and one or more are not fertilized, the farms not fertilized do not show up as well and may be missed
