I'm confused on how you get that calculation about placing.It's never happened to me and how do you know how much the farmer loaded her/his facilities in the first place that determines how much ppl get ? The mayor still works half of the facilities whether you have trains or not.You keep talking about 1st and last place please let us know how you calculate this so we all can learn how it works
