New Release -- June 1st, 2012

My Husband is having a problem with one of the new facilities.
He bought all 4...... 3 have loaded with no problems..... the 4th just won't.
He has check each ingredient needed for each bit of the facility and he has loads in storage.... more than enough to fill it.... but it won't........ either through the facility manager or by itself.... even tried to fill it manually instead of load it all..... nil, nothing, nada.... Its the Nursing Home facility.
He's cleared the cache etc., closed the computer down, restarted it.... still nothing.
Put the facility into storage and put it out on another farm... still not recognizing that he has the ingredients.
Any idea what he can try next?
