I think you're right because I red this a couple of week ago. But it was about fertilizer .... The message was something like "when you harvest you will have 2 boxes instead of one" and I thought that (grand) was to replace the 2 boxes pictogram... and the same for fishes when baits are used ...
However your translation trough google is a bit confusing. You can tell it in english and I will understand.

ps : my next question is : how are used the items ? fifo, lifo or ??? because there's a while nobody came to harvest my farms (yesterday 2 neighbours came to chop trees and bamboos)
