Thanks for the tools devs. They have been the inducement to go back and work in the market. Lord knows I don't need the points or the money.

I can see both points of view on this, but I am pleased with the decision. Myself and others who have joint problems can now enjoy working for others, and as above can now talk with our employers which is great.
