Firefox has a new update...version 3.6.6

Fingers crossed it will solve some of the issues here who prefer that browser.

Let me know how that version works out, i had rolled back to 3.6.3 which worked great for me, 3.6.4 totally sucked when it came to FT

I have Firefox version 3.6.6 now installed and running smoothly. Hopefully the same for others that have bitten the bullet and installed it. If not running better, please read this thread carefully to help try to smooth out the bumps.

Happy fishing!

Going to the Mozilla Firefox website, you can read more about the 3.6.6 update there.

That's good news. It's looking more and more like the last FF update was a bit of a disaster for flash (lol) Thanks for letting us know 3.6.6. seems to be OK.

no kidding, the last FF update is what got me started on all these tweaks and fixes. i tried everything i could think of, re-installing what i could and everything, and still was bad. until i finally came to the conclusion it was the FF update. i will update to 3.6.6, and see how that goes.

UPDATE: i tried 3.6.6, it was an improvement on 3.6.4..... but i'm sorry to say, its nowhere near close to how smooth i had 3.6.3 running, so for the time being, i have reverted to 3.6.3, and again, game runs perfectly great on that

anyone know if Slash key is still accepting submitted graphics?? the link is there if you go to your account so i am assuming they are...... here's hoping... i did a few things for the farm that i have seen in the suggestions.....
The last Firefox update didn't work at all well with flash based games. Some players have gone back to version 3.6.3 and others have updated to 3.6.6.

I have all 3 main browsers on my PC so I can monitor what's happening (lol) and the 3.6.6 version of FF is working fine for me with the new flash update. BUT.. it will only work properly if you uninstall the old flash player, clear cache, clear macromedia files, turn off the PC and reboot.

Sleepy, I really feel for you being on dial up, and I'm truly amazed that you manage to run Farm Town without Broadband.
