I don't quite know how this forum works, it seems a lot more complicated than the other games but anyway. I was wondering if there was a way to rate workers that you hire to work on your farm. I have spoken to many farmers who have the same complaint that I do. Many people I hire, quit in the middle of a job, don't finish or just leave without saying anything. I realize this could sometimes be a computer glitch but it is happening way too often and to too many people for this to be a computer glitch. I was thinking if when people go to the place to get hired if they could have 4 stars over their head, 1 being the worst and 4 being the best and they would be rated by the people hiring them. Just a suggestion. Hope it gets out there!
