No it is not. Fuel tanks are not an ingredient in anything produced in any facility.

When I accept a fuel tank as a pending gift, I see 4x fuel tanks show up in my gift box. Why is this? This is very confusing.

Hi Tregurtha,
I am not sure why then or why you are not getting the total you think you should unless some of the gifts are not exchanging for some reason.
If you wish you may contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Can someone tell me if there is a limit on the number of gifts I can send a farmer per day? Is there a limit on the number of gifts I can accept from a farmer per day?

Hi tegurtha

I moved your post to the thread about Gifts.

You can send gifts every 8 hours to the same farmers.

Now if you have the following tools, that time is reduced:

Gifting Machine (Grey in colour) lets you send gifts every 4 hours.
Gifting Machine (Red) lets you send gifts every 3 hours.
Gifting Machine (Orange) lets you send gifts every 2 hours.

You can accept the amount of gifts you want per day. But if you want to send gifts back to those farmers, then you need to follow the rule for times I mentioned before.

Is there a page where you can send yourself gifts that you need for things for your farms or the farm pass? There used to be a site, but that was when FB had the game, and the page doesn't work anymore. If you try, you get a message saying, "This page isn't working right now." I'm just curious if anyone knows of one.

Those sites are not owned or supported by Slashkey so no one can give information about them on the forums.

After sending a message to support about missing gifts and getting a ticket back with the status on hold and the priority low what kind of timeframe could I possibly be looking at for a possible result.

I'm sorry but we can't tell you when they will be able to check into your problem.
They had a few problems and had to try to solve them before being able to respond the tickets.
We know they are responding as fast as they can.
