I'm still having trouble getting my game to load. Black screen with a white square that just doesn't do anything. Anyone else having this trouble

1343912884 farm user ID i have a back screen with static cube and message saying browser not supported. i am on Safari 13.1.2 with IOS High Sierra all upto date.

WebGL Supported, but DISABLED ------------------- ERROR!

i can finally gain access with Chrome after resetting chrome://flags. the graphics are very hazy! But it states Safari is supported and i use all CMD shortcuts on this browser and need it for other work which Chrome does not allow i have tried ticking unticking all elements in the develop tab to engage and disengage Webgl indicators

Update 16/01/2021 Chrome keeps crashing twice on one occasion and once today...can only resume with a complete restart, very poor graphics!

I've just used the purple freestyle to buy and place both individual items and multiple items, those are showing up fine and still there when I reload.
Try reloading and see if corrects.

If not, what is it hat is it that you are buying and placing. At what stage it is going wrong for you that's not working right? Not everything can be bought with the purple hand yet.

Each time I start to load farm town it gets to this point and sits there at the black screen with white graphic cube and bar for no less than 6 minutes:

After said time it does eventually load. Is this normal? In case it is an issue my user ID is 537090646. I am working through firefox with windows 10.

Hey Tiger, A few farmers are asking if they should report their purple hand being still greyed out and have asked how and where to report it. I am assuming this has something to do with their cache not loading properly from your response to HansD? Mine is working fine.

Hi Everyone,

Make sure that your browsers are all up to date.

Please any browser extensions for anything that would change the way Facebook wants you to view it, like the one that reverts Facebook to the old classic look.

If you also added the Farmtown Flash Enable extension, please also disable that as well if you haven't already done so.

When you have done those please close and reopen your browser and try loading the game again.

If you have already checked and done all of those, those of you that have not supplied all 3 items requested in the message above the game, please do that.
