If you want to disable that extension and check if something changes with the game it would be ok. If nothing changes then you can add it back.

I am 80. Female..have no idea what all this stuff is that you tell me to do. I have played f.t. Since it started...my screen is black all week... My old sign in was with bell . Net....i am now with cogeco ... I live in canada....you tell me u cant send me a message. How am i ever going to get my game going?????i have sent you messages all week....please help me...i played everyday and miss it...thank you.

Please check that you have done the following and then please read the message above your game screen and do those if you still can't load the game:

• your preferred browser is up to date
  
  
• That any extension added to your browser, that would change the way Facebook looks, perhaps to the old classic look is disabled.
  If you do have one enabled, please disable it and then close and reopen your browser and try loading the game again.
  
  
• If those don't help, have you also updated and tried another browser?

Please check the following:

- If your browser is updated

- Check if you have an extension added to your browser to keep Facebook in the classic version and if you still have the FarmTown Enabler. If you have those, please disable them, restart your browser and try to load the game again.

- Also check if you have 3rd party cookies allowed in your browser. You have instructions according to the browser you are using in the following thread:
