Hi Linda Lightner,
I moved your post to the thread about loading problems.
First you did not need to download WebGL as it ise part of your browser.


Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.



Also there are things in the first post of thise thread to test your computer to make sure it will play the HTML/WebGL version of the game.


It would be helpful to if you can copy and paste in a post here the first 10 lines of the FT Console so we can check that.

My farm will no longer load. It gets to the black screen and stays there. The progress box doesn't fill in at all. I've tried on Chrome and on Firefox. Both hang up on the black screen. You might also try clearing your browser cache and see if it will load after doing that. Instructions for that are in the following link:

When you do that it will take a longer time to load as it has to download all the graphics for the game again.


I will copy your post to the closed thread for the developers to look at it and see if they can come up with a solution that we don't see.

Hi ella_fant,
I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems.
That message can come up when you encounter an error.
Please try first just restarting your computer. If that doesn't fix it try clearing your browser cache, close the browser and then reopen your farms. The first time you reopen your farms after doing this it will be slow loading as it has to download all the graphics for the game. Instructions for clearing the cache are in the following link:

Hi mothergoose1,

Please check your computer for any updates and do all that are showing. Check that your browser is still showing up to date, if it is not please update it then close and reopen the browser.

If those are already done, please go to the 1st post on page 1 of this thread. There is more information and help for you there on how to test and enable Web GL.
