I just checked and all I see in your gift box is an autumn shrub. We do not get data on your accepting or sending gifts nor do we have any way to replace them.



Please try clearing your memcache. You can find a link for that at the bottom of your farms page. This will not return those gifts to you, but may prevent the loss of more in the future.



If this continues please contact Support concerning this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. I have been wondering for weeks why when I go to Other Wall Requests that lots of *send cherry tree* as an example, is PINK. If I click the pink, do they receive the cherry tree? It seems to happen all the time. Is there a reason for this? Please help. Thank you.

Hi Nata Rose,
If you send gifts from the gift box icon to all your neihghbors/buddies before you go to the Other Wall Requests then any gift requests in there will be in pink meanng you can't send them. If you go to the Other Wall Requests first then they will all be in white and you can send up to 5 gift requests to anyone who posts 5.

My dad has gifted me a couple of tools (tree shaker, flower harvester, and chainsaw with truck). These items aren't appearing in my gift box. Do they automatically get accepted and put in my tools list or do they need to be accepted some other way?

I just checked data tied to this account and the last farm cash gift received was in October 2024 and it was not a tool.

Please provide your dad user id number which is below his game screen and also your user id number in case you have another set of farms.

I just checked and your dad sent 3 gift tools to a different account avatar's name is caitlin. The only thing wrong with that is that account has not been active since Jan 2016.
I suggest your dad report this to Support and see if they will refund his farm cash so he can send those to the right account.

Yup, that's an old farm I had that I let go inactive. I'll let him know to reach out to support. Thank you for your help!

I'm somehow able to send more than 5 gifts to other players when they post on the wall request page.
Example: I send farmer A five gifts they request, then send ingredients to farmer B, which takes you away from the wall request page. Upon returning, I can send five more gifts to farmer A. When using the Gift Manager, I can send more gifts to every farmer who already received them from the wall request page.

I've also been able to send multiple bonuses to a few farmers instead of one every 8 hours.

I do not know whether those actually go through.

Most perplexing.
