Thank you for the picture, yes that is the one I looked at. It is showing you are making progress with it, it's just a large quantity needed to complete the goal so you have quite a way to go before it will complete.
It is also possible that a requirement to have to claim the bonus chest for those may be added at some point so I would get into the habit of claiming them if you're not. That will then show up in your data should we need to check it..

I just double checked: For working at a strangers farm it was calculating the harvested crop when I collected my bonus chest.

For an SN (and assuming my own farm too) it calculated as I went along

when you clam all the prizes do the points you make for rest of this month count next month on more prizes .i collected a dollar and completed 2 more goals got rest of this month to do more goals.want to know if the points count next month .if not we need more prizes

Point are only available for that season, they do not count when other month starts.

Please click in your preferences, the wrench, and change your language to English US or English UK, at this moment you have another language in your settings so that could be the problem.

After changing the language click in the green check mark to save changes and reload the game.

Then try the Job market again. Please remember that when you click in the Map icon, you also have a Room language, be sure it is set to the same language you chose in your preferences.

If you purchase the Farm Pass you will unlock all the rewards you can see when clicking in Rewards button.
All of them will last till the end of the season.
