HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

My laptop is continually crashing all morning long. Can no longer get anything done. Had a few crashing episodes last week but nothing like this. Is something going on. The new system has been working beautifully for me since its beginning and now this.

The developers don't work on the live server when they are adding things and the servers are all responding correctly.


Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

My Farmtown is not loading up to work any of my farms. Is there something I need to do from here?

Hi Becky,
I moved your post to the subject thread about loading problems for HTML/WebGL version.
Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

Also in the first post on the first page of this thread there are steps you can try for checking your computer.

Are you still having problems? if you are please check for any updates on your computer and browser and do any that are showing.. If you have added any extensions to your browser please also try disabling them, close the browser and then reopen it and try again.

If those are already done and you are still having problems, please go to the 1st post on page 1 of this thread. There is more information and help for you there, try those and see if they help.
