She has tried more than once to create a new ticket but gets no response, that is why she tried to report it using an older ticket one that has been resolved for the matter on the ticket but not for the missing sea coasts, I appreciate she needs to report it but the links she has do not seem to be working which is why she has asked me to contact you on her behalf.

Further update, she has reported it using your link and the message sent, but again she has had no response email to her inbox or spam folders. I tried to send you a private message with her email address but you do not accept private messages per the pop up.
