I just exchanged 50 gifts for the mulberry trees and got them in my gift box ok. I can't duplicate this. The only thing I can suggest then is for you to contact Support if this continues. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam. This is an intermitent problem which means the developers will have a very hard time in figuring out why this is happening. None of the moderators have been able to duplicate it. You could try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done. If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again. After posting this, I did submit a support ticket, got a reply email, this morning went to check status by clicking the link in the email, goes to an unsecure platform/site/page so could not proceed..
I have done the memcache clearing. This makes that 'you have gifts to use' '1' go away, but they weren't there to use as I keep saying because they disappear between accepting them and going to use them!!! Quote:
