Make sure you have done all the updates for your computer and your browsers.


Please go to the 1st post on page 1 of this thread. There is more information and help for you there about what to do if you are seeing any errors or Web GL disabled in the FT Console beneath your game screen and other information for you, please try any of those that you have not already tried and see if they help.

Not sure if this is the right thread but this morning I was playing just fine. This afternoon I am getting
"click the green tick to connect" message and it is not reconnecting. Farm Server w22.
I have Win 7, in Chrome. But all has been great and I played this morning with no issue. Is this temporary?

Please reload the game and see if it is fixed.

I tried reloading but that did not work, BUT I saw a clear memcache link and tried that. It worked! Thank you!

When I'm using Safari I'm unable to go to full screen. When I'm using Chrome the game is EXTREMELY slow and locks up constantly. Can anything be done about that. My user number is 610634811

Are you a Mac user? If so, please be sure all updates has been done to your Mac.

Also, some Mac users have said they dont have problems if they use Opera as their browser. Please, check that the browser you are using is updated.

You have been answered every time you have posted. It would help if you gave more details about what you are seeing when you load the game. You can find your posts and the answers usually in the next post after yours by using the instructions in the following link:

Are you still stuck at loading U55?

Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.


Also please check the suggestions in the first post on the first page of this thread for checking your computer.

I have a new computer.. everything else works on my end.. but after about 5 min of being on chrome, it freezes up and then says this browser doesn't support WebGL. I am so frustrated with this always happening and the ONLY time it happens is when I play FT!
