what a schamozzle....we finally sorted it out....the friend sent me a neighbour request which only showed up in fb's My Apps and did not appear in My Requests...for some unknown reason she ended up as a neighbour even though I did not accept this request....was able to remove her as a neighbour and then we were finally able to visit a mutual neighbours farm and then both went to the Inn and the hire for the bonus chest was successful....just a shame she missed out on the bonus from all my fishing!!

Any idea how much longer we have to wait for the 10x10 tools? I'm pretty sure 15 days is more than a week!!!

exactly!!! a week is 7 days...after that you are into the fortnight which is 14 days.......the release came out on the 5th November so it will have been 2 weeks tomorrow, the 19th November...its the 18th here today in Australia... since they said the new tools would be released in a week...but hey, I would prefer to wait til all the bugs are cleared before they release them....we just need to have a bit of patience...lol

How about some good customer service and when a week passed and there was a problem or the tools were not ready to be released just a simple note to everyone about this issue . i love the game and all about it and have no trouble spending my money on Farmcash , but would love to be informed !!!!!!! or maybe how about a sale on Farmcash sometime like other games do ???? thanks for any information

I imagine it is due to them fixing the bug with the slowness between farms. The code for the new 10X10 probably had to be modified to include the bug fixes.
