HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

I keep getting this error. I can't work ANY facilities. I've cleared my cache, did a memcached, still nothing.

Hi SirMatthew,
I moved your post to the thread about errors.
Please make sure your browser and computer are up to date. If there are updates required for those they can cause you not to be able to load.
Also try the steps in the first post of this thread to check if those are working correctly.

I do like the new farm Unity but getting around in the forum is not farmer friendly. Thanks for all of your help.

I can't find a place to report this. My farm defaults to a neighbor's farm when it loads everytime. My farm ID is 1683985316

I am sorry, but I do not find any previous posts about this by you.
Do not use a saved bookmark to your farms as your browser can change that bookmark. Instead use either the the link in your shortcuts in the left column of your Facebook home page or use the button at the top of the forums that says Play FarmTown.

Hi, The game is still slow from my side. I cannot use the Farmer's Tool when I am working on people's farms and if there is an overloaded farm my game freezes. It takes me ages to finish some work on my neighbors farms. Can you see to this problem pls? Thanks in advance. Tessa Nurse.

Hi Tessa,

When you last posted about this and using the farmers tools were slowing you down, you were asked to compare your computer to the technical requirements needed for Farm Town. Does your computer match or exceed those?

Please check if your browser is up to date. Also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

Close your browser and reopen and see if the problem is fixed. If not then restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game for the first time after the clearing it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Everyday trying to get on farm these errors stop it from happening. Reload game 5 to 10 times and i can finally get it to load but then a server maintenance window pops up in the farm town boxes and click to reload farms again. I can finally get to my farm this time but I have no trains. Reload the farm 1 more time and it is there.
