i found the problem a new extension to block pop ups was the cause fingers crossed all fixed now thank you

I have been clearing the memory cache and the Games Activity and then am able to collect just ONE page of gifts. The problem is that if I do this the friends whose gifts I have cleared from the Game Activity are unable to send them again during the day unless they have the tools to speed up the ability to send them. And I do not have the time to look at each of 100 gifts to see who has sent them to me. And yes, Windows 11 and my browsers are up to date. And Facebook and Farm Town are exceptions in the built in pop up blockers.

Are you saying only 1 page of 50 gifts shows up in your My Requests or are you getting the same list of gifts if you leave after collecting them and come back in?
Unfortunatley this is a random problem with the data transfer for those from Facebook. There isn't anything we can do for it.

Even though you may have Facebook and Farm Town set as exceptions, you may not have all of the different servers added. But if you are getting the first page then it shouldn't be blocking.
If you are getting 1 page (50) gifts, then if you are getting the same ones repeating when you open for next page then just go to Game Activity and try deleting just those 50.

No. The first page is not received either. NONE are being received. If I clear both the memory cache and the Facebook Game Activity I may get one page of gifts and then the next page I will have to do the same thing over again. The result is I end up clearing everything as far as Facebook is concerned but get only 1 or 2 pages of gifts even if there are several pages of gifts accepted using the blue buttons.

Hi Qivis,
This is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. It will usually clear up in a day or two. There isn't anything we can do for this.
It sounds like you are getting some gifts stuck, so instead of accepting them through the game activity try deleting the first 100 and see if that will help you get the gifts after that into your gift box.

I sent two 250 fc gift cards from acct number 119569360813005 to acct number 112194263824229. The fc show as sent and I can click on recipients farm and it is the correct acct. But the gift cards have never shown up in the recipients gift box.

Hi rockcandymountain,
I moved your post to the thread about gifts.
I can see that the transaction did go through and show in that account as received. However the gift cards are not in the Gift box and have not been redeemed.


First try restarting those farms and see if they show in the gift box.


If they still do not show to be there, then you will need to contact Support for this as we can not fix this through the forums.


To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I went to my gifts and it said I had gifts waiting. went in to receive them and they are all gone. Says nothing is available. What happened ?????
