HI HTML5 does not load for me ...can go as far as the white screen then it crashes goes grey...my ID 570731413 Hope you can help me thanks oh forgot sometimes it gets to my farm but it crashes again

id1750860011 on chrome loads all the way for about 10 seconds then goes grey.code u75 in top right and bottom left still no change.tried google chrome and microsoft edge.cleared browsing history and mem cache.have checked for updates but still not working 2021-01-28 17:32:28.679 INFOMemoryStats: WebGL 2.0 WebGL Mem: 82/28/111/256 MB this is the last message before it goes to grey screen

Hi I am having trouble with farm town and I am not sure how to follow the steps. It loads my game when I click the new link in the yellow box only so far and then won't let anything else work like it shows I have no neighbours, tools etc. Can someone take a look and fix this please

I need to get back to the Flash version, please tell me how to do that. I wish to use Flash until I absolutely cannot any more. Some of us do want to play in Flash.

I have a browser window open that is still running the Flash version, but if I reboot, I cannot get back to it as we are now FORCED to use WebGL. ID: 529783342

User #1485905165 Using Firefox the game loads to the point where I show the background and paths with a few items showing up. The rest of the items on the page are there if I hover over them, but do not show up onscreen all the time.

Hi Elvina,
Check your preferences and make sure the Show items are checked. Then click the farm in the farm selector to refresh that farm and see if they are back.

Hi Mcfeisty,
I am sorry, but Adobe has shut down Flash and there is no way to get back to it. There is nothing that the developers can do to reopen it.
