Are we able then to send gifts both in farmtown facebook and farmtown website?

No you can not send them from the website yet. It has not been released yet, but soon.

I know that it has not been released yet but when it is will you be able to send from both?

Will there ever be a way to buy a gift card for Farm Cash? I really liked doing that a few years ago with FB.
