For example, if they ONLY want to import from the Science club they would need to use the My Chains section, look for the Science Club chain, click on the Import Products from button when it is green and then they will see which farmers have exported to them. For those that have difficultly with the higher costs of importing products, if they can not also earn those coins or more by exporting to their own neighbours there is a Resell button they can use which can help. That way they can still earn a considerable amount of coins and the farmer that exported to them can also still benefit by being able to continue exporting to them another time: When the Resell button is dark blue it allows you to instantly ReSell all imported products instead of storing them for future use in your service facility chains, this will be less profitable than using the products but will still allow you to make a quick profit rather than just sell them at market for the regular price. Edit to add: I apologise amanda1955 that I mis-read the total figure for import. I am glad that Taz was around at the time to send you to support fo this to be looked at.

She exported it to me, you cannot make that much just **** if you not going to have a look at it I will have to delete the facility out of the facility change, unfortunately cant screen shot to show on this have tried that before it wont work

Morning! I suspect there may be a challenge with Facility Chains and the export section. I've run my factories each day. I reload frequently as people work them. I waited at least a week I believe before working the facility chains manager. Import seems to work okay but export had VERY little products. This has never happened to me before. Normally, exports exceed imports by quite a bit due to the frequency that I run the factories. Perhaps this could be looked at?
Also, at the bottom of the list of exports, there are still 5 or 6 that show no products to export but when selected, there are products there to export. if you look back in the issues, you'll find I"ve reported this before and it is still an issue. Thanks for all you do! Loving the improvements to the game! |

Facility Chains Manager
Hi Mary,
Answering your reply: "Please be sure you have stored the products started in your facilities." In My Facility Manager", I Store All, then Start All, Then Load All, each time i reload the facilities & services. "Also, you can have products to Export to a specific chain but there is no room in your neighbours staging area to be able to Export. You will not be able to export to them until they have room in their staging area." Each screen show multiple people who can recieve products but the amount of products I can send them is vastly smaller than normal. "OR" "You have products to Export to Mulitple chains but only some of them have space in their staging areas. In this case you click the Pale Blue Button and any chains that you can export to will also have a dark blue Export button so you can Export to that chain." The color can be either light blue or dark blue but still I have lots of product to export (although this time it was far less than it should have been) Thanks for all you do!! Love the game! |

I run my factories and services each day.
I reload often but post only once. I waited over 2 weeks to work the Facility chains. I process IMPORTs first, then EXPORTS Something is wrong when I process the EXPORT side. The amount to export EXACTLY matches the first person in the list so that ALL available to export goes only to one person. This was not the case in the past. Normally, I get many exports per entry. I suspect, the products are getting lost from previous day runs. Please look into this. Thank you Additional information: Normally, it's a net gain in COINS Today, I started with 83B, imported all, went to 79B, exported most (I left some to show you the example), and now have 80B... and net loss of about 3B coins.
