Good morning Team, Have been trying to load the game all week, and could not load it. ( 128145197559294 ) I have a black screen, with a white 3d box, the strip loaded 3/4 quarter of the game. Please help when you can. My browser is Google Chrome

Cuando cargo el juego, antes de poder llegar a la pantalla principal, se produce un error quedadndo toda la pantalla gris con un icono de falla en el medio (carita). Mi ID es 1592917343.
