am doing ships every day and this has never happened before 1st one at 4. whatever and going through list it comes up 9 minutes halfway through doing the same ship, not good enough, I do ships in morning before my day starts. I have time limits before have to go out, this has only just started happening with the same ship I am doing the 1st ship now after going through the list till can dispatch, it changed time, it should not change how long, with same ship, very disappointing

I am sorry but that is the rule. Nothing has changed on this as it has always been that way from the beginning of the ships.

According to your data you still only have 5 ships oon the list. The oldest ship you have on the list is from the 17th at 3:47 eastern time. So on Sunday (the 24th) at 3:47 eastern time that ship will drop off the list.

so what you are saying in preparing a ship that starts at 4 mins to prepare then halfway through preparation it adds more time till the end of dispatch, how stupid is that it has never happened to me before, time wasting and ships don't do that in real life no wonder so many are giving up on them

Hi Amanda,
Just because it hasn't happened to you before does not mean that it has changed. The time of preparation depends on how many ships you have dispatched in the last 7 days exactly and it aways has been that way.

Hi, this morning I sent out a green ship. 3 containers prepared and it is waiting to get loaded by the first person.
I have a message that keeps popping up that says my textile rolls container has been prepared. But the ship has been sent out!
I cleared memcache and macromedia files, restarted my laptop but the message keeps popping up.
What should I do now?
Thanks in advance for any help.
I add 2 screen shosts, 1 of the message and 1 of the ship showing it is docked at a neighbour's port.

Hi Palmarina

This happens when you send the ship but you don't get the pop up saying that container was loaded.
This can happen because you were working your farms or others farms and you just checked the ship to see if the container was completely loaded and then sent the ship.

This happened to me once and I know it is annoyed.

There is nothing you or us can do to solve that. You just need to prepare a new ship and send it. Just be sure you get the pop up for the last container you are preparing. If you do not get it, reload the game and it will show up.
