Hi Katrina,

If she is trying to use the Start All at the top of the facility manager she does not have the tools for that. She only has the first level of those tools and not the Turbo tools.
The only Start All she can use with those tools is the one on each facility.

I currently have 12 quest completed with 1 about to drop off but still have more than the 8 needed in 'My Quest' but it still says only 1 fc reward. I have not redeemed because I'd really like my 2fc...LOL please advise. I have cleared memcache and restarted browser but am still getting same thing.

Hi Kathylbf,
Please provide your ID for us to check this. You can find it in the banner at the top of your farm.
Which type of quest are you looking at? The regular quests only require 8 for the 2 FC, but the co-op quests require 13 to get 2 FC.

According to the data in your account there are only 5 completed quests in regular quests and 4 in the co-op quests.
